Rissington Inn Wine List

Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.
1 Timothy Ch 5 v 3

We serve only South African wines and our aim is to provide you with an interesting range with different characteristics, at very reasonable prices. We like talking about wine as much as we love drinking it so please ask us about your chosen wine! (Star ratings are from John Platter’s South African Wines 2005).

If all be well that I do think,
There are five reasons we should drink:
Good wine – a friend – or being dry
Or lest we should be by and by –
Or any other reason why.
Henry Aldrich 1647-1710
